Brookview Campus

Our ten-acre campus is located along the shore of the St. Joseph River in Benton Harbor, Michigan.  The school is surrounded by woods, prairies and wetlands.  Our campus includes a vegetable garden, a small animal farm and varied natural habitats for exploration and study.

A unique feature of our building is its  connection between the inside and outside environments.  Classrooms are designed with floor-to-ceiling windows that offer natural light and views of the woods and beyond.  Most classrooms have direct access to the outside so that children may feed the birds or enjoy a nature hike with their teachers along the boardwalk built above the floodplain and wetlands surrounding the St. Joseph River.
