Thank you for your interest in enrolling in Brookview Montessori School.
Please complete the Enrollment Request Form below for each student you would like to enroll. The School Year Tuition Rates listed below are for the 2024 - 2025 School Year.
Summer Program Enrollment is also available for (Infant, Toddler, and Primary programs) and can be requested by clicking on the Summer Enrollment Request banner.
If you are unsure about which program to enroll for, please consult with your classroom teacher.
Please note that this enrollment request does not constitute guaranteed enrollment. Please also note that availability for Primary Summer camp is extremely limited, and we will try and confirm enrollment for that program by email as soon as possible.
You will receive the necessary paperwork to complete the full enrollment process within 30 days, including a Tuition and Fee Statement and an Enrollment Agreement. For students and siblings new to Brookview, in addition to this form, a completed Application for Admission is required, as well as a $75 application fee. The application can be downloaded under Community/Parent Resources on our website.
NOTE: Please be aware the form below only shows tuition. The Tuition and Fee Statement will include a additional fees Please see the Schedule of Tuition and Fees for details. For current families, a $250 enrollment deposit is due upon signing for each child to guarantee their spot, which can be paid through PayPal on this form. For new families, a $1000 enrollment deposit is due upon signing for each child.

Once you fill out the Summer Enrollment Form, you will be directed back to this window to complete your submission. Once you click "Submit," you will have an option to prepay the $250 deposit online through PayPal.
